Reading Kitchen

Basement Bath
This bathroom required significant updating. During demolition, a street level coal chute was uncovered and utilized to provide much needed natural light. Existing stone walls became an integral part of the redesign.

Kitchen and Bath
The goals for this project were to enlarge the kitchen, include a desk for phone and computer use, add a half bath and convert the basement into a family room. During the redesign process, we moved the kitchen wall into the dining room and installed a structural beam to enlarge the kitchen. Granite counters and a tile back splash add quality and finishing touches.

Belmont Kitchen
This project required redesigning the existing footprint to include an updated kitchen, sunny breakfast nook and open counter area with pillars between the dining room and kitchen.

Lexington Addition
Primary objectives for this project were to add a larger living and eating area to the existing kitchen, add a new master bath, common bath and laundry area.

	Second Story Addition This petite bungalow was in serious need of more space and a facelift, both inside and out. By replacing the existing second floor, we were able to add a master suite, guest room and office that matched our client’s dreams and budget. »Second Story Addition Project Sheet

	Winchester Whole House Two small bathrooms were merged to create this spacious master suite. In addition to the master suite, a 1/2 bath was remodeled on the first floor. All rooms in the home were updated with new interior trim, doors and colors.

	Backyard Oasis The existing decking around this pool area was in bad need of replacement. Low maintenance decking replaced the old concrete.

	Outdoor Living Area Adding outdoor living area was a priority for this client. Ocean views were retained through the use of glass handrails. A custom mahogany fence offers protection from ocean breezes.
