Geoff Shafer is absolutely the best contractor I have ever worked with. I've had numerous contractors in my life but never had such a positive experience. Your design is his design, your budget is his budget, and your problems are his problems. At each turn, Geoff worked with me to figure out the best solutions and get the job done, within my budget. Also, having Pegasus do the design work was fortuitous, since several unexpected glitches necessitated redesign along the way, which they did as a matter of course. It would have been costly to have an outsider designer come back as often as I needed it. The end result is spectacular. Went from barely functional to a place I want to spend all my time. I wish I'd done this years ago
